Caring for the animals at Om Home Healing Sanctuary takes time, teamwork and a lot of heart.
Our volunteers help with the everyday work that keeps the Sanctuary safe, clean and running smoothly. Whether you are comfortable working around animals, handy with tools, experienced with equipment or simply willing to pitch in where needed, there may be a place for you here.
Volunteering at Om Home can be hard work—but it is meaningful work, and every helping hand makes a difference.
Volunteer Opportunities
Depending on current needs, volunteer opportunities may include:
Some tasks require previous experience or specific skills, and volunteer assignments are based on the needs of the Sanctuary and the safety of both people and animals.
Because Om Home is a working animal sanctuary, all volunteers must review and complete the required onboarding and safety documents before beginning volunteer work.
Please read the documents below carefully.
Completed forms may be brought with you, scanned and submitted through our Contact Us page, or signed at Om Home if a printed copy is needed.
If you are completing court-ordered, school-required or other assigned community service hours, please also bring the Community Service Hours Log.
We are grateful to everyone willing to share their time, skills and energy with Om Home Healing Sanctuary.
Volunteers are an important part of helping us provide safe, lifelong care for the animals who call Om Home home.
Every hour helps. Every hand matters.
